Promo Settlement Staff
Handle promo settlements and POs to ensure accurate financial processing
Handle settlement, purchase orders, and budgeting for promo activities. Maintain internal and external communication while ensuring all procedures follow company policy. Prepare relevant reports as needed. Work is based in South Jakarta at a large FMCG cosmetics company through an outsourcing arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle promo settlement processes
- Manage purchase orders (PO) for promotional activities
- Assist with budgeting tasks related to promos
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Prepare and submit relevant reports
Requirements
- Education background in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field (S1 level)
- Up to 1 year of experience in promo settlement staff role
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
