Requirements
- Experience in project monitoring within property development or construction
- Knowledge of development finance market and compliance requirements
- Ability to produce progress reports and site assessments
- Experience working with specialist consultancies or financial institutions
- Capability to work fully remote while managing Midlands-based projects
