Key Responsibilities
- Review design drawings, technical specifications, and development plans before construction begins
- Prepare construction strategy, schedules, and detailed work plans for property development
- Oversee site preparation including land clearing, temporary facilities, and utilities setup
- Manage development of essential infrastructure such as roads, drainage, utilities, and earthworks
- Lead and supervise daily construction activities across contractors and consultants
- Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, construction methods, and material usage to ensure compliance with approved drawings and buildin
Requirements
- Experience managing property development projects from pre-construction to handover
- Ability to review design drawings and technical specifications
- Skill in preparing construction schedules and detailed work plans
- Experience overseeing site preparation and infrastructure development
- Knowledge of engineering standards, building codes, and quality compliance
- Capability to supervise contractors and monitor construction progress
