Key Responsibilities
- Track project tasks and follow up with team members to move projects from in-progress to done
- Update CRM records in HubSpot and manage deal flow to support sales activities
- Handle administrative triage including scheduling, document preparation, data entry, and file organization
- Manage unexpected tasks and operational bottlenecks with a figure-it-out attitude
- Maintain and organize internal workspaces in Notion to ensure information is easy to find
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, admin, or coordination role
- Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new software
- Familiarity with Notion and HubSpot is a plus
- Resourcefulness to research solutions independently before asking for direction
- High reliability and track record of getting things done
