ABOUT THE ROLE 0G is looking for a highly proactive Project Manager to drive execution across our business, product, and engineering teams. This role is for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving, remote environment. You will take company priorities and turn them into clear projects, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes—then stay close to execution to make sure things actually get done. You will work across multiple functions. You should be comfortable understanding priorities, translating context clearly, identifying blockers early, and proactively driving teams toward resolution. Because we operate as a distributed team, strong remote communication is essential. You should know how to create clarity without relying on constant meetings—documenting decisions, communicating context asynchronously, following up proactively, and making sure stakeholders know what they own and what happens next. This is not a role where you simply maintain project trackers or schedule meetings. We are looking for someone with strong ownership who will actively identify gaps, follow up on commitments, challenge unclear priorities, and help teams execute more effectively. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution and completion across business, product, engineering, and other teams - Translate company priorities into clear project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, and measurable outcomes - Establish effective operating rhythms for a distributed team, including project updates, decision logs, action tracking, and escalation processes - Coordinate closely with engineering and business teams to ensure priorities, requirements, dependencies, and timelines are clearly understood - Document important context, decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines so teams can move forward without unnecessary meetings - Proactively identify blockers, risks, and misalignment, and work with stakeholders to resolve them before they impact delivery - Follow up on commitments and ensure clear ownership and accountability across teams - Support company- and team-level OKR and KPI setting, tracking, and review - Build dashboards, trackers, and reporting processes that give leadership clear visibility into progress, risks, and performance - Facilitate focused cross-functional meetings when real-time discussion is needed, and ensure every discussion translates into clear decisions and next steps - Help improve internal processes, workflows, documentation, and communication as the company scales - Identify areas where teams are operating inefficiently or where ownership is unclear, and proactively propose improvements - Communicate project status, trade-offs, risks, and decisions clearly to leadership and relevant stakeholders - Take on high-priority operational and strategic projects as business needs evolve WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Approximately 4–7 years of experience in project management, program management, business operations, strategy & operations, PMO, or a similar cross-functional role - Proven experience independently driving complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders - Strong project management fundamentals, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, risk management, and execution tracking - Experience working closely with product and/or engineering teams - Experience with OKRs, KPIs, performance tracking, or business review processes - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Strong experience working in remote or distributed teams, with the ability to communicate clearly and proactively without relying on constant synchronous meetings - Strong written communication and documentation habits, with the ability to summarize complex discussions into clear decisions, owners, and next steps - Comfortable coordinating across functions and time zones and proactively following up when communication stalls - Highly proactive and comfortable pushing for clarity, surfacing issues, and holding stakeholders accountable - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems - Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities can change quickly - Able to operate independently without waiting for detailed instructions - Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience at a startup, scale-up, AI, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or other technology company - Experience building project-management and communication processes for distributed teams - Experience coordinating between Chinese-speaking engineering teams and English-speaking business stakeholders - Experience building project management or operating processes from the ground up - Familiarity with tools such as Linear, Jira, Notion, Slack, or similar collaboration and project-management platforms - Consulting or strategy experience is a plus, but not required WHAT WE OFFER - Purpose: The opportunity to contribute to making AI a public good - Growth: A self-directed environment where you can take initiative to shape your role and career - Compensation: Market-competitive compensation including, for most roles, exposure to pre-launch tokens In addition, 0G Labs is committed to the health and well being of all of our team members.
