What you'll be working on As Canva Education continues to grow, change is part of how we move forward. That means the services you'll provide may evolve, and we'd discuss that with you from time to time. Right now, most schools and school systems find the technical side of getting started harder than it should be — Single Sign-On, domain verification, and connecting their Google or Microsoft backends can take far longer than anyone would like, and State partnerships often run across several different authentication pathways at once. You'll be the person who makes all of that smooth. You'll be engaged to provide services aimed at: Guiding school systems and Education Depts through SSO setup, domain verification, and account provisioning, so teachers and students can get into Canva Education quickly and securely. Supporting integration with Google Workspace and Microsoft (Entra ID / Microsoft 365) backends, and troubleshooting authentication, provisioning, and directory-sync issues end to end. Acting as the technical point of contact for State partnership rollouts that run across different authentication pathways, making sure each one lands cleanly. Diagnosing and resolving onboarding blockers alongside school IT admins, DIETs, and district teams, and escalating product issues to internal Canva teams (Partnerships, Product, Engineering) when needed. Creating clear, localized setup guides and self-serve resources so schools can onboard with less hand-holding over time. Tracking common support issues and integration patterns, and feeding them back internally to reduce friction at scale. Supporting training and enablement for administrators and master trainers on account setup, access management, and everyday troubleshooting. You're probably a match if You've supported SSO, SAML/OAuth, or identity and access setups before, and you can explain how they work to non-technical people without losing them. You know your way around Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration, including domain verification, provisioning, and directory sync. You've spent at least 3 years in technical support, implementation, or solutions roles — ideally supporting schools, government systems, or large organizations. You stay calm and methodical when an integration breaks, and you're happy owning a problem until it's genuinely fixed. You communicate clearly in English and Hindi, both in writing and on calls. You're comfortable juggling multiple school systems, timelines, and stakeholders at once, and you flag risks early with a plan to fix them.
