Key Responsibilities

  • Own positioning and messaging for core audiences such as alpha groups, trading communities, and professional traders

  • Lead go-to-market activities for product launches, capabilities, and ecosystem features from brief to post-launch measurement
  • Act as the team expert on onchain derivatives and trading landscape, including trends, trader insights, and market takeaways
  • Turn market intelligence into positioning, product recommendations, and growth tactics
  • Support adoption and retention through tactics like community leaderboards, yield-based rebates, and referral mechanics

Requirements

  • Solid experience in product marketing or a related role
  • Meaningful hands-on experience in Web3, consumer fintech, or trading products
  • Experience with retail trading products or exchanges (DEX or CEX)
  • Understanding of how order books and derivatives or perps work
  • Track record of leading product launches end to end with measurable results
  • Proven ability to own positioning and messaging and execute go-to-market campaigns across channels

About the role We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to shape how a decentralised exchange (DEX) shows up in the world. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands onchain trading and its audiences deeply, from alpha groups and trading communities to professional traders, and can turn that understanding into messaging that resonates with them. You’ll work closely with Product and the Head of Marketing to shape positioning, growth and how the product is talked about in the market.
