The position is responsible for managing the lifecycle of products within an assigned portfolio, from ideation and strategy through development, launch, and ongoing enhancements. Partners with cross-functional teams to define market opportunities, translate customer needs into product requirements, and ensure delivery of products that achieve business objectives. What You'll Do Define, refine, and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs. Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities, validate requirements, and inform prioritization decisions. Partner with engineering, design, and other teams to translate product vision into features, requirements, and solutions. Manage the product development lifecycle, including backlog prioritization, release planning, and launch readiness. Monitor product performance through qualitative and quantitative metrics, and adjust strategy to improve adoption and business impact. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance, legal, operations, customer success, etc.) to support go-to-market activities and ensure effective product enablement. Serve as the voice of the customer and evangelize the product internally and externally. Contribute to organizational best practices, knowledge sharing, and mentoring of peers as appropriate to level. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support business needs. What You'll Bring Mastery knowledge of industry best practices and disciplines. Considered a subject matter expert within the organization and contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards. Industry expertise and/or prior exposure to enterprise software, SaaS, or related technology sectors. Experience developing solutions to highly complex and uniquely challenging situations. Assignments require extensive evaluation of alternatives and variables. Expected to make improvements to policies and procedures. Ability to work independently toward long-range goals and objectives. Assignments are often self-initiated using independent judgment and discretion. May act as informal team lead and/or coach less experienced team. Able to Act as consultant to management and/or internal/external spokesperson for the organization on major initiatives related to policies, plans and long-range objectives. Completed university degree with Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or professional certifications in product management. 5+ years experience in SaaS Product or Project Management role Demonstrated experience in product management, business analysis, or a related discipline. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments and manage competing priorities. Experience with Agile or other product development methodologies. Familiarity with product strategy concepts such as go-to-market planning, pricing, positioning, and ROI analysis.
