Product Manager
Drive product strategy for Star Merge mobile game to improve player retention
As a Product Manager at Plummy Games, you will help shape the product direction for Star Merge, a successful F2P Merge-3 mobile game. Your work will focus on improving player retention and engagement through data-informed decisions and feature planning. You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, and art teams to prioritize and execute updates that enhance the casual gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product roadmap items for Star Merge based on player data and business goals
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, and engineers to plan and execute feature updates
- Analyze player behavior and retention metrics to inform product decisions
- Support live operations by evaluating event performance and suggesting improvements
- Communicate product goals and progress across teams to ensure alignment
Requirements
- Experience in product management, preferably in mobile or gaming
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret player metrics and KPIs
- Experience working with live-service games and understanding of F2P mechanics
- Proficiency in using data tools to track user behavior and game performance
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
