Key Responsibilities

Define product vision for future offerings by translating market dynamics and regulatory requirements into cohesive strategy
Build and manage a data-backed roadmap for the end-to-end product lifecycle from zero-to-one
Identify high-potential growth channels and optimize conversion funnels using A/B testing and user research
Lead cross-functional squads between Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to ship high-impact features
Partner with Legal and Compliance stakeholders to ensure products meet regulatory scrutiny without compromising user experience

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent domain experience
6+ years of product management experience on consumer-facing Fintech products
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Metabase, Mixpanel, Tableau, or Looker
Experience in Brokerage or Wealth Tech preferred
