The Product Lead will own product features from ideation to launch, translating requirements into actionable user stories and designs. They will prioritize product delivery, manage timelines, and bridge business requirements with technical solutions. The role involves facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders and monitoring adoption, usage, and performance metrics for assigned product areas.

- Hands-on experience managing product features, releases, or roadmaps
- Strong skills in Agile/Scrum practices and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret product and user data
