Assist in creating insurance products and translating materials between Thai and English

Support the Product Manager in developing and enhancing insurance products to meet market needs and company goals. Prepare and maintain product documentation, analyze customer purchase flows, and participate in User Acceptance Testing. About the role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Product Executive to support our Product Manager in the development, integration, and management of our insurance products. This role involves significant interaction with both internal teams and external partners, making strong communication skills essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to new challenges. Job Responsibilities Assist the Product Manager in the creation and enhancement of insurance products, ensuring they meet market needs, align with company goals, and are delivered within the established timelines. Analyze and understand the customer purchase flow to ensure seamless integration and user experience. Prepare and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and process workflows. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verify the customer journey, ensuring that the wording and conditions are consistent with the design specifications Collaborate with the technical team to understand and facilitate the integration of APIs related to our insurance products. Go through API specifications and thoroughly understand the product requirements to ensure accurate implementation. Translate product-related materials, including documentation, customer communications, and marketing content, between Thai and English to ensure accuracy and consistency across languages Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience related fields Minimum 1 years of project management experience, potential new graduates will be considered as well Prior experience working in a high-growth environment, ideally with a mix of experience in MNCs and start ups Critical thinking skills and growth mindset A self-starter with hands-on experience Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a customer-centric mindset
