We're a fully remote, asynchronous team spread across multiple continents, focused on crafting extremely polished digital board games that people truly love. **About The Role** As a Product Developer Intern at Colonist, your mission is to work closely with our game team to solve complex product problems and build engaging game modes, ensuring seamless UI/UX across platforms. You'll learn how high-quality games and products are actually built and help shape a game that reaches millions of players. **What You’ll Do** - Build and improve game UI and UX, with a strong focus on clarity, polish, and fun - Contribute to new game modes, features, and gameplay experiences - Turn product ideas into working features used by real players - Work across the stack as needed - Collaborate asynchronously with product teams - Learn how to ship, iterate, and improve features based on real player behavior **Requirements** - AI first-mindset.
