Advise on legal compliance for AI-powered property management products

Provide legal guidance on product development and compliance for Entrata's AI-driven property management technology suite. Support the global team in navigating regulatory requirements for leasing, payment, and communication tools. Ensure products meet legal standards while enabling innovation in a fast-growing, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on legal and regulatory compliance for product features
Review contracts and terms of service for AI-driven tools
Support product teams on data privacy and intellectual property matters
Monitor evolving regulations in property technology and AI
Collaborate with engineering and product teams on risk mitigation

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Active bar membership in good standing
Experience in technology or SaaS legal counsel
Knowledge of data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Familiarity with AI and emerging tech regulations
