Key Responsibilities

Build and manage creator marketing and affiliate systems including discovery, recruitment, and UGC asset generation
Develop paid media tooling for ad creative generation, management, and amplification automation
Create attribution and analytics systems connecting Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, and TikTok data
Design AI growth agents that recommend campaigns and execute playbooks with human approval
Architect and deploy full-stack features including APIs, databases, and data pipelines
Integrate with martech platforms such as Klaviyo, Meta Ads, TikTok, and Shopify via their APIs

Requirements

Hybrid product-engineering background: able to make product decisions and ship code
Full-stack capability in architecture, APIs, databases, and production deploys
Strong understanding of growth funnels, attribution, and channel economics
Experience building with AI tools today, including prototypes, agents, or workflows
Proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and Postgres/Supabase
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Claude or Cursor

We're hiring our third Product Builder to own Growth Channels end-to-end as PM, designer, and engineer in one person — the platform and tooling that grows creator brands across creator marketing, affiliate, email, paid media, and more.
