Product and Funnel Optimisation Manager - CIS

Key Responsibilities

• Identify funnel bottlenecks in local user journeys across Binance products
• Launch experiments to improve activation, conversion, and retention metrics
• Configure local product experiences and manage market-specific product content
• Oversee localisation of product experiences for target markets
• Use data analysis to drive continuous product improvements and user experience enhancements
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, CRM, Design, and Marketing teams on optimisation initiatives

Requirements

• Analytical thinking for identifying funnel bottlenecks and interpreting data
• Hands-on execution skills for launching experiments and configuring product experiences
• Strong ownership mindset for driving end-to-end optimisation initiatives
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing
