PMO Digital Factory (Surabaya)
Oversee product portfolio lifecycle
Support governance and execution across the Product organization, ensuring alignment and efficiency in delivering the company's product portfolio. The PMO will work closely with the CEO PMO and CPO to drive best practices in planning and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee product portfolio lifecycle from ideation to delivery
- Assist Product Managers in reporting progress to the CEO's office
- Monitor initiative milestones and escalate issues as needed
- Recommend improvements to product development processes and tools
- Drive best practices in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in PMO, program management, or product operations
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with experience preparing executive-level reports
