Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns for the Easy Start product
  • Run fast creative testing cycles: define hypotheses, launch tests, analyze results, and iterate quickly
  • Monitor campaign performance daily including spend, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA/CAC, conversion rate, and lead quality
  • Identify winning creatives, audiences, placements, and messages and make proactive decisions on what to launch, change, stop or scale

  • Support testing of landing pages, quiz flows, offers, and other funnel elements connected to paid campaigns

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in paid social
  • Experience with quick creative testing and rapid campaign iteration
  • Strong understanding of paid acquisition metrics and performance optimization
  • Ability to make decisions based on early performance signals and campaign data
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain campaign results clearly

We are looking for a PPC Marketing Manager to support the growth of Easy Start , Novakid’s entry-level product designed to widen the acquisition funnel, attract price-sensitive audiences, and convert users into higher-value products over time. This role is focused on fast paid social experimentation, especially in Meta and Google advertising . The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and comfortable working in a test-and-learn environment where creative speed, campaign monitoring, and quick optimization are essential. Key Responsibilities Identify and run scalable acquisition channels, regions, offers, creatives and connections. Launch, manage, and optimize Meta and Google ads campaigns for Easy Start. Run fast creative testing cycles: define hypotheses, launch tests, analyze results, and iterate quickly. Monitor campaign performance daily, including spend, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA/CAC, conversion rate, and lead quality. Identify winning creatives, audiences, placements, and messages. Proactive decision making beyond purely operational tasks - make calls on what to launch, change, stop or scale. Work closely with creative, product, analytics, and activation teams to improve the full paid traffic funnel. Provide clear performance updates and practical recommendations for next steps. Support testing of landing pages, quiz flows, offers, and other funnel elements connected to paid campaigns. Maintain clean campaign structure, naming, tracking, and reporting. Required Experience Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in paid social. Experience with quick creative testing and rapid campaign iteration. Strong understanding of paid acquisition metrics and performance optimization. Ability to make decisions based on early performance signals and campaign data. Comfortable working with multiple creatives, audiences, and funnel hypotheses at the same time. Strong communication skills and ability to explain campaign results clearly. Nice to Have Experience with subscription, education, membership, family, or kids-focused products. Experience launching or scaling a new product through paid acquisition. Understanding of full-funnel performance, from first click to lead, purchase, or activation.
