Key Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Address HR-related inquiries from employees and managers
- Assist in implementing employee engagement and development programs

- Help maintain HR records and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Partner with HR team to support talent management efforts
Requirements
- Experience in HR, people operations, or a related function
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR best practices
- Proficiency in English for global collaboration
