About the role We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to own the systems (HiBob), data, and processes behind the employee experience at Belkins.   You'll be the person who makes HR run predictably - from pre-boarding through performance cycles - and the one who automates the parts that shouldn't need a human at all. This role sits close to the Head of HR and works daily with middle managers across the company.   It suits someone who likes building infrastructure as much as working with people.
