Partnerships Associate (Digital Nomad)
Build and maintain partner relationships to grow Genki's global network
As a Partnerships Associate, you will identify, engage, and manage partnerships with brands, creators, and organizations aligned with Genki's mission. You will support outreach efforts, track partnership performance, and help scale the partner program. This role starts part-time (25 hours/week) with potential to transition to full-time, operating fully remote on a freelance/contractor basis at €22 per hour.

- Reach out to prospects via email and social channels to initiate partnership conversations

- Support the coordination of partnership deliverables and timelines
- Contribute to refining partnership strategies based on performance insights
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in outreach, partnership development, or relationship management
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Familiarity with digital tools for communication and tracking (e.g., email, CRM, spreadsheets)
- Proactive mindset with a focus on building genuine, long-term connections
