rtCamp isrtCamp is looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to lead co-marketing and ecosystem growth across our strategic partnerships - spanning WordPress, Frappe, ERPNext, cloud hosting providers, technology integrations, and enterprise digital experience platforms. If you enjoy building relationships, crafting compelling narratives, and driving collaborative growth programs across multiple technologies and partner ecosystems, you’ll thrive here. This role is perfect for someone who understands how strong partnerships amplify reach, influence enterprise buying decisions, and accelerate pipeline. ### What you will work on 01. Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with partner marketing teams (hosting providers, cloud partners, tech platforms, plugin/app/integration vendors, enterprise tools). - Ensure smooth coordination between partner teams and rtCamp’s marketing, sales, and delivery functions. - Keep partners updated with progress, opportunities, and co-marketing activities across WordPress, Frappe, ERPNext, and custom software development initiatives. 05. Co-Marketing Strategy & Execution: - Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, from strategy and content creation to distribution and analytics. - Co-create high-impact content: case studies, blogs, landing pages, product integration stories, co-branded resources, webinars, newsletters, videos. - Develop shared messaging and positioning that aligns both partner and rtCamp brand values. - Identify new co-marketing opportunities aligned with enterprise audiences across multiple ecosystems (open-source CMS, ERP platforms, app builders, cloud, hosting, and more). 10. Event & Program Coordination: - Plan and coordinate online events, joint webinars, partner spotlights, community initiatives, and offline meetups. - Represent rtCamp in ecosystem-led events, ensuring visibility across WordPress, Frappe, ERPNext, and open-source communities. 13. Growth & Pipeline Contribution: - Identify areas where partnerships can influence demand, accelerate deal velocity, or unlock new enterprise segments. - Collaborate closely with marketing/sales on shared goals, reporting, and ROI from partnerships. ### Must-have skills _Apply even if you don’t tick all the boxes or even if you have a niche expertise within the role._ 1. 6+ years experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing role 2. Ability to schedule the day flexibly based on our partners’ timezones across the globe 3. Strong project management and communication skills 4. Strong communication: written, verbal, and presentation. 5. Experience producing content assets or collaborating with content creators 6. Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment 7. Ability to coordinate across internal and external teams to execute initiatives, content & campaigns ### Good-to-have skills 1. Familiarity with WordPress, Frappe, ERPNext, or open-source ecosystems. 2. Experience working with cloud platforms, hosting providers, or martech vendors 3. Background in enterprise marketing or digital transformation. 4. Understanding of agencies, professional services, or technical service delivery. 5.
