As an Organizational Development Expert at Gate, you will design and implement initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, support talent development, and strengthen team performance in a remote-first global environment. Your work will focus on creating scalable solutions that align with Gate's mission to innovate in the Web3 space and support its fast-scaling, distributed workforce.

Requirements
- Experience in organizational development or related HR functions

- Experience working in remote or distributed team environments
- Knowledge of talent development and performance improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with change management in fast-scaling organizations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for global teamwork
