Oversee daily operations across Accounting, HR, and Facilities to support business expansion

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations across Accounting, HR, and Facilities departments
- Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
- Work with HR to maintain a talent pipeline for new project delivery
- Coordinate with Facilities to improve office environment and infrastructure
- Conduct market research and develop operational plans for business expansion
- Travel regularly to oversee overseas offices and vendor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- English fluency in written and spoken communication
- Minimum 5 years experience as an operations manager or similar role
- International working experience
- Proven experience in business management and team leadership
- Experience identifying opportunities for operational process improvement
