Oversee daily sea freight operations to ensure timely cargo delivery
Oversee daily sea freight activities including cargo handling, loading, unloading, and storage while ensuring adherence to safety standards. Lead and mentor the sea freight operations team, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve operational issues and guarantee timely and accurate shipment delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sea freight activities including cargo handling, loading, unloading, and storage
- Lead and mentor the sea freight operations team, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency
- Address and resolve operational challenges such as shipment delays, documentation errors, and cargo handling issues
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless communication and operations
- Ensure all sea freight operations comply with local, international, and company regulations
Requirements
- Experience in sea freight logistics operations
- Ability to lead and mentor an operations team
- Knowledge of safety standards and damage prevention in cargo handling
- Experience coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities
- Skills in process improvement and issue resolution for operational challenges
