BitMart seeks an On-chain Quant Developer to build quantitative models for on-chain data analysis. The role focuses on creating trading strategies using blockchain data. This is a fully remote position with no geographical restrictions, allowing work from anywhere globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop quantitative models using on-chain blockchain data
- Design and implement crypto trading strategies based on on-chain analytics
- Analyze blockchain transaction data to identify market patterns
- Collaborate with team members to integrate models into trading systems
- Test and optimize quantitative models for performance and accuracy
- Document model development processes and results
Requirements
- Experience with quantitative modeling and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python)
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and on-chain data structures
- Understanding of cryptocurrency markets and trading mechanics
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
