Lead and manage full-cycle Odoo CRM implementations from requirement gathering to deployment. Customize and configure Odoo CRM to align with business processes, ensuring successful data migration, system integration, and user adoption. Develop and maintain workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and reports to enhance efficiency and provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle Odoo CRM implementations from requirement gathering to deployment
- Customize and configure Odoo CRM to align with business processes and requirements
- Design and implement integrations between Odoo CRM and other business systems using APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly
- Develop and maintain workflows, automation rules, and data segmentation strategies within Odoo
- Create and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and analytics for business units
Requirements
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in CRM development
- Experience with API integrations within the Odoo ecosystem
- Experience with custom automation in Odoo
- Strong background in building scalable solutions and optimizing CRM performance
- Proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and the OWL framework
- Experience implementing and managing custom APIs and integrations with ERP, websites, and marketing automation tools
