Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain self-hosted Agentic Development Environments for enterprise clients
- Design policy-driven workspaces that govern AI coding agents and human developer collaboration
- Improve platform security, compliance, and audit capabilities for software development at scale
- Optimize isolated environments to reduce cloud costs and data risks while increasing productivity
- Support developers in transitioning to AI-assisted workflows using their preferred tools
- Contribute to open-source projects with 100k+ stars on GitHub, such as Coder's OSS product
Requirements
- Experience with software development environments and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of AI-assisted coding tools or agentic systems
- Background in enterprise software, security, or platform engineering
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, cost optimization, and data governance
- Proficiency in tools used for developer experience and workflow automation
- Ability to work in a fully remote, global team across multiple time zones
