Medical Billing Specialist (Male Candidate)
Gather insurance claim details through outbound calls to payors
Make outbound calls to insurance companies and payors to collect claim statuses, denial reasons, and relevant details. Accurately record, categorize, and label call data using the client's taxonomy for reporting and analysis. Analyze call transcripts to extract insights on trends and recurring denial reasons to support process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies and payors to collect claim statuses and denial reasons
- Record, categorize, and label call data using the client's taxonomy for consistent reporting
- Analyze call transcripts to identify trends and recurring denial reasons
- Compile findings into periodic reports to support client process improvements
- Ensure all calls comply with company guidelines and healthcare regulations
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or a related field
- Strong English proficiency, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry guidelines
- Excellent communication skills for outbound calls to insurance companies and payors
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
