Key Responsibilities
- Review product offers against competitors to ensure competitive pricing, shipping, promotions, and value
- Make data-driven decisions on sales, promotions, and discount strategies across channels
- Set team priorities and create execution tickets for Parts, Listings, QA, and A+ Content specialists
- Monitor marketplace performance across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart to identify improvement areas
- Evaluate underperforming areas, diagnose root causes, and define improvement plans for continuous optimization
Requirements
- Experience managing online product catalogs across multiple marketplaces
- Ability to make data-driven merchandising and pricing decisions
- Experience leading a team of 4-6 specialists
- Skills in creating execution tickets and setting team priorities
- Proficiency in monitoring marketplace performance metrics and identifying improvements
