Position Overview As a Marketing Communication & Public Relations Officer, you will be responsible for strengthening the foundation's brand awareness, managing external communications, and building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to support the foundation's education and community development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing communication and public relations initiatives to enhance the foundation's visibility and reputation. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, universities, NGOs, CSR partners, training institutions, and other relevant organizations. Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, local education offices, community leaders, and other external stakeholders. Identify new collaboration opportunities that support the foundation's education, logistics, maritime, and community empowerment programs. Prepare communication materials, including presentations, press releases, newsletters, partnership proposals, and promotional content. Coordinate media relations, public events, campaigns, and community engagement activities to increase public awareness of the foundation's programs. Manage partnership activities, including MoU preparation, stakeholder engagement, and partnership activation. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels and partnership initiatives. Maintain a partnership database and provide regular reports on stakeholder engagement and communication activities. Support program implementation through school visits, beneficiary identification, and community assessments as required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing Communication, Management, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Partnership Development, CSR, or Stakeholder Relations. Proven experience in developing communication strategies, managing public relations activities, and building external partnerships. Strong networking skills with educational institutions, government agencies, NGOs, media, and community organizations. Experience in organizing events, campaigns, media engagement, and community outreach programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Passionate about education, social impact, and community development. Willing to travel for meetings, partnership development, events, and field activities. Willing to be located in Surabaya
