Marine Technology Intern
Support recruitment processes using an ATS and basic HR tools
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Meratus Group, you will learn how recruitment works in real business settings, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. You will gain practical exposure to using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and understand recruitment analytics. You will also explore how AI tools are leveraged in modern hiring processes while working independently and as part of a team.
