Lead a team responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of advertising campaigns across Spotify's Ads business. Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, buyers, and DSP partners to solve complex technical challenges across Programmatic and Direct advertising products. Requirements

Experience managing technical teams in advertising or digital media
Background in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or digital advertising platforms
Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
Experience solving complex technical challenges in advertising systems
Knowledge of DSP integrations and advertising campaign delivery processes
