Manager, Revenue Accounting & Billing - Finance

Oversee revenue accounting and billing processes for SaaS products

Manage revenue recognition, billing operations, and financial reporting for Workleap's SaaS products, including Workleap Agent and ShareGate. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and support month-end close activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial data and improve billing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards
Oversee billing operations for SaaS subscription services
Prepare and review monthly financial close activities
Ensure accuracy of financial reporting for management and stakeholders
Collaborate with product and sales teams on billing-related inquiries
Support process improvements in revenue and billing workflows

Requirements

Experience in revenue accounting or billing for SaaS companies
Knowledge of ASC 606 or IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards
Proficiency in financial reporting and month-end close processes
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and finance teams
Experience with ERP or billing systems (e.g., NetSuite, Zuora, or similar)
