Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Monitor and respond to corrective maintenance requests to minimize downtime
- Manage and supervise vendors and contractors performing maintenance and repair works
- Review and verify work orders, job sheets, service reports, and invoices
- Conduct routine inspections to identify risks, defects, or required improvements
- Coordinate with Branch Managers to support asset maintenance according to company standards
Requirements
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems
- Skills in contractor and vendor management
- Ability to conduct routine inspections and identify defects
- Experience coordinating with branch teams and managing site visits
- Knowledge of technical standards, safety regulations, and company SOPs for MEP systems
