M06 - UI/UX Designer
Design UX and UI for SLA intranet using Figma and Power Platform
Lead the redesign of the SLA Intranet to improve usability for staff. Conduct UX discovery activities including workshops, interviews, and usability testing. Design UI/UX for Power Apps, Power Pages, or SharePoint Online solutions using Figma. Ensure designs follow accessibility standards, Microsoft guidelines, and Government Digital Service Standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate UX discovery activities such as requirement workshops and user interviews
- Design UI/UX for Power Apps, Power Pages, or SharePoint Online solutions
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of UI elements
- Maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX documentation
- Improve and optimize existing Power Platform or SharePoint experiences for usability
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, graphic design, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframes, prototyping, and design systems
- Hands-on experience designing for Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps) and SharePoint Online
- Good understanding of UX principles, responsive design, interaction design, and accessibility (WCAG)
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design rationale clearly
