Key Responsibilities
- Design risk-based test strategies for complex software systems
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and performance testing
- Develop and maintain scalable, reusable test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable fast feedback and continuous delivery
- Manage the defect lifecycle, test artifacts, and test repositories while monitoring testing progress and reporting quality metrics
- Support application performance testing and security testing initiatives to improve software reliability beyond functional testing
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and risk-based testing methodologies
- Experience creating test plans, test cases, and automated test suites
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and API applications
- Familiarity with cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive UI testing
- Experience with one or more automation frameworks: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework, SikuliX, or EggPlant
