Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end data science and AI solutions for business challenges
- Apply statistical modelling, machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI techniques to real-world problems
- Participate in the full project lifecycle including data exploration, model development, evaluation, and deployment
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, data engineers, and IT teams to understand requirements
- Ensure the quality, scalability, efficiency, and integrity of data science models and solutions
- Research and evaluate emerging AI and machine learning technologies, recommending innovative approaches
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Data Science or Machine Learning
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models using MLOps practices and cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, R, and Shell scripting
- Solid knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Transformer models, and Neural embeddings
- Experience with data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT processes, data transformation, relational databases, and SQL

Review technical deliverables and provide guidance to maintain high engineering and analytical standards. Research and evaluate emerging AI, machine learning, and data science technologies, recommending innovative approaches where appropriate. Support project planning, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Data Science or Machine Learning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies. Experience building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models using MLOps practices and cloud platforms (preferably AWS). Solid knowledge of: Machine Learning and Deep Learning Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI Transformer models and Reinforcement Learning Neural embeddings and Vector Databases AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph Statistical modelling and optimization techniques Experience with data engineering concepts, including ETL/ELT processes, data transformation, relational databases, and SQL. Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, R, and Shell scripting. Experience working with cloud-based AI and data platforms. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data visualization skills. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams. Experience within the Singapore Public Sector or government agencies is an advantage.
