M03 - Project Manager
Lead end-to-end delivery of government technology projects on time and within budget
The Project Manager oversees planning, execution, and delivery of agency technology projects in the public sector. This includes managing scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating resources, managing risks, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure on-time and within-budget completion
- Serve as primary point of contact for government agencies, vendors, and internal teams

- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively
- Allocate and manage project resources including personnel, technology, and budget
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years managing technology projects, preferably in public sector or government
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent
- Familiarity with digital government platforms, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and data privacy best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex information to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
