M03 - Data Scientist
Develop AI-powered applications with backend APIs and frontend interfaces
Collaborate with business users to understand priorities and develop data science or Generative AI solutions that drive business value. Perform data wrangling, analysis, and feature engineering while supporting the maintenance of deployed models and products like Assistants on PAIR/AIBots. Build backend APIs and frontend interfaces for AI-powered applications, document changes, and research emerging techniques for adoption.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to identify key priorities and use cases for data science solutions
- Develop and deploy data science and Generative AI solutions to drive business value
- Perform data wrangling, preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering for analysis
- Support daily operations and maintenance of deployed data science models and products such as Assistants on PAIR/AIBots
- Build backend APIs and services to support AI model deployment and integration
- Develop frontend interfaces and user experiences for AI-powered applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, AI or related discipline
- Ability to understand and apply AI/ML techniques for regression and classification
- Proficiency with Python packages including pandas, matplotlib, scikit-learn, XGBoost, NLTK, spaCy
- Understanding of LLM concepts such as context windows, embeddings, chunking, and token management
- Experience with context engineering and prompt optimization strategies
- Proficiency in git and SQL
