M02 - Low Code Engineer
Build and deploy Power Apps solutions to streamline business workflows
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) to automate and streamline business processes. Work closely with business stakeholders, HR, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver user-friendly solutions. Conduct testing, monitor deployed applications, and maintain comprehensive documentation including design, security, and user guides.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and build applications using Power Apps and Power Automate based on business requirements
- Analyze current processes to identify automation and improvement opportunities
- Develop automated workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline operations
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure functional and non-functional compliance
- Monitor and maintain deployed solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
- Maintain documentation including solution design, security, deployment, and user guides
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in application development with focus on low-code/no-code platforms
- Experience configuring and administering low-code platforms including workflows, rules engines, and UI components
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
