Support Remote's global expansion by handling employee relations and transitions in APAC. Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and compliance processes, enabling seamless remote work experiences for international teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and offboard employees in APAC, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Manage employee data and records, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

- Provide guidance on employment laws and policies to both employees and managers.
Requirements
- Experience in HR, employee relations, or a similar role, preferably in a global context.
- Knowledge of APAC labor laws and employment regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
