Key Responsibilities Conduct individual counseling sessions via video conferencing platforms, tailoring sessions to each client's needs and progress. Encourage open discussions about emotions and experiences to help clients gain insight into their challenges and enhance their self-awareness. Serve as an advocate for clients by assisting them in defining personal goals and navigating their mental health journeys. Assess clients' mental health conditions rigorously and create effective, individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based approaches. Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and treatment progress in our user-friendly counselor portal. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client base includes individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. As a mental health counselor at Willow Bridge Psychotherapy, you will have the opportunity to work with clients who are eager for positive change, all while tailoring your approach to meet their unique therapeutic needs. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. A valid and fully autonomous license to practice independently from the State Board, specifically as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. Note: No provisional licenses will be accepted, nor will any with disciplinary actions. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills to evaluate and support clients effectively. Excellent interpersonal and empathetic communication skills to foster a supportive therapeutic environment. Strong computer literacy, with the ability to navigate digital counseling platforms and administrative tools efficiently. Preferred Experience Previous experience managing a full client caseload and delivering virtual therapy sessions. Knowledge of various therapeutic methodologies and a practical application in providing solution-based care. Certifications in multiple states are a significant plus, broadening your reach within the client community. Compensation and Benefits Willow Bridge Psychotherapy offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 annually based on hours worked, alongside a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 to welcome you to our team. Additionally, you will receive weekly direct deposits and for full-time counselors, a monthly healthcare stipend to support your well-being.
