Learning Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate learning project timelines and milestones
• Manage cross-functional teams including designers, trainers, and tech specialists
• Track project progress and ensure on-time delivery of learning solutions
• Communicate project status and risks to internal and external stakeholders
• Allocate resources and manage budgets for learning initiatives
• Ensure quality assurance and client satisfaction throughout project delivery

Requirements

• Experience in project management within learning, training, or EdTech environments
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to coordinate remote teams across different time zones
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with learning methodologies and instructional design principles
• Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms
