Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university with minimum 3.00 out of 4.00 GPA
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good understanding of accounting standards and experience in resolving accounting-related issues
  • Basic knowledge of auditing standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English

In this role, you will support the development and delivery of learning programs for our Audit practice, helping to ensure our professionals have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional client service. You will be involved in preparing training materials, coordinating training activities, maintaining learning databases, and supporting the end-to-end training lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university with minimum 3.00 out of 4.00. Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant working experience. Good understanding of accounting standards and experience in resolving accounting-related issues. Basic knowledge of auditing standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to prepare and maintain learning databases. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Experience in delivering presentations or facilitating training sessions is an advantage. Responsibilities Assist in preparing and developing training materials for the Audit team. Support the management and administration of the Audit team's Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Prepare, maintain, and update the learning database and training records. Coordinate the end-to-end training lifecycle, including training announcements, invitations, participant registration, deployment, and other administrative activities. Monitor training completion and ensure learning requirements are fulfilled for Audit professionals from Associate to Partner level. Support the execution and delivery of learning and development programs while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
