Key Responsibilities

Design customized video engagement workflows for enterprise clients using the Livestorm platform
Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose technical solutions
Configure and test webinars, virtual events, and online meeting setups tailored to customer needs
Partner with product teams to provide feedback on platform features based on client use cases
Ensure seamless deployment and adoption of Livestorm solutions for global customers
Support client onboarding and training to maximize platform utilization and engagement

Requirements

Experience with video engagement platforms or SaaS solutions
Strong technical aptitude for configuring and demonstrating software workflows
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience working with enterprise clients or in a solutions engineering role
Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions
