Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement QA automation architecture and process flow from the ground up
- Implement QA automation practices, tools, frameworks, and integrations
- Analyze business objectives and prepare action plans for QA improvement
- Coach and mentor junior QA engineers on test design, automation scripting, and troubleshooting
- Drive innovation in testing processes by introducing tools or methods that improve effectiveness and reduce cycle time
Requirements
- Experience in a lead QA automation role
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Experience testing APIs, micro-services, and front-end applications
- Experience setting up a QA automation framework from the ground up
- Exposure to cloud testing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
