Lead Product Manager (Surabaya)
Lead product strategy and vision for maritime logistics solutions
Define and drive product strategy and vision in collaboration with Business Product Owners and stakeholders. Translate business strategy into clear product roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans. Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management, including planning, development, deployment, and integration. Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and optimize resource allocation across product teams and squads.

Key Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and vision with Business Product Owners and stakeholders
- Translate business strategy into product roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans
- Lead stakeholder engagement to gather and refine requirements
- Prioritize initiatives and manage product backlogs to maximize business value
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management from planning to deployment
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and optimize resource allocation across teams
Requirements
- 5-8 years in Product Management
- Experience in Logistics/Shipping/E-commerce preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Proven experience in product planning, prioritization, and roadmap execution
- Solid operational capability across multiple Product Managers and cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience directing solution development with delivery and technical teams
