Lead the design and optimization of KYC product features to improve user onboarding conversion rates and verification accuracy. Build and maintain a KYC data metrics system, analyze user data to identify and resolve key pain points, and benchmark against industry competitors. ● 这个职位为何存在？它解决什么问题？我们为什么现在需要它？ KYC 是用户准入的第一道门，直接影响转化率、欺诈与合规成本。该岗位存在的意义是：把「能过审」变成「又好又快又准」的产品体验，用指标体系定位链路断点，并用竞品与技术扫描保持方案不过时。现在需要它，是因为业务增长与审核精度、自动规则、法规解读之间需要专人持续做产品化平衡，而不是靠运营或风控临时补位。 ● 核心职责（3-5条） 主导 KYC 产品功能设计与体验优化，提升流程转化率与核验准确性。 搭建并维护 KYC 数据指标体系，定期采集与分析使用数据，识别并推动解决转化链路中的关键痛点。 持续跟踪行业与竞品动态，结构化输出竞品能力、差异点与市场策略，反哺产品路线与优先级。 研究并评估新兴 KYC 技术（如 AI 身份识别、区块链数据共享等），判断其适用场景、风险边界与对现有产品的价值，形成可落地的引入或试点建议。 ● 理想候选人是什么样的？ 熟悉 KYC 全链路语言——从用户填表、证件采集、活体/OCR 到自动审核与人工兜底——并能用数据说话：先定义「哪里漏、哪里卡、哪里误杀」，再改交互与策略。对「秒过」有工程化理解：知道在什么合规与风险边界下追求极致体验，而不是单纯追求表面通过率。习惯主动扫厂商能力与行业方案，比较优劣后能写清楚「我们为什么选 A 不选 B」。能把法规要求读进产品规格里，而不是停留在合规部门的 PPT 上。 ● 吸引人的亮点（1-2条） 工作直接挂钩 转化率与准确性 等可感知业务结果，改动能快速在数据上验证。 可深度接触 AI 身份识别、OCR、自动审核与风控规则 的交叉地带，并参与前沿技术方案的评估与落地路径设计。
