Key Responsibilities
- Edit video footage from podcast interviews and discussions into polished clips

- Review and refine edits based on feedback from hosts or producers
- Prepare final video outputs for publishing across platforms
Requirements
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
- Ability to cut and synchronize audio and video for clear, engaging storytelling
- Understanding of pacing and visual flow for podcast-style video content
- Familiarity with editing interview-based or discussion-driven footage
- Reliability in delivering edits on a weekly schedule
- Attention to detail in audio levels, transitions, and visual consistency
